Pricing
There is no rate card on Outshine, because placement is sold at auction. What we can tell you is exactly how billing works and what comparable inventory has gone for.
Why there is no price list here
Every placement publishes which model it uses before you bid. Your bid is expressed in that model’s units.
You win a placement for a defined window and pay the clearing price for that window. Most premium inventory is sold this way.
Your bid sets the rate you are willing to pay per thousand times the advert is served. Billing follows measured delivery.
Your bid sets the rate per click. Billable clicks are the ones that pass the platform’s own validity checks.
A campaign carries a budget, and money promised to a winning bid counts against it immediately — before it is charged. That is deliberate: without it, an advertiser could win more inventory than they can pay for simply by bidding faster than settlement.
There is no minimum spend to use the platform and no annual commitment. Bid on one day-part if that is what you want.
There is no self-service refund on Outshine. A bid is a binding commitment, and a marketplace where a purchase can be reversed after it has been consumed is not a marketplace. If something went genuinely wrong — raise a complaint and we will look at it.
Browsing the marketplace, reading every listing, following the leaderboard, seeing every published clearing price, creating an account, and having your brand verified. All free, and all available before you spend anything.
Live placements, most expensive first. This is the closest thing to a price list that is true.
