Complaints
Tell us. Complaints get an answer — including complaints about us and about decisions we have made.
Reporting an advert needs no account
Open the listing and press Report. You will be asked what is wrong with it — a misleading claim, offensive content, someone else’s work, counterfeit goods, a broken destination, or an impersonated brand.
We do not tell the reporter what we decided. That is deliberate: reports often concern a competitor, and confirming an outcome would turn the report button into a way to probe how moderation works. Every report is reviewed regardless.
Find the listing and report it from its own page, so we know exactly which advert you mean.
If a listing of yours was rejected, a campaign was stopped, an auction was cancelled, or your account was suspended, you can raise a formal complaint from your advertiser account. Raising one works even while an account is suspended — a sanction that cannot be questioned through the platform gets questioned somewhere worse, so the route is deliberately left open.
Sign in first, then raise it from the advertiser console. Complaints are worked oldest first, unlike every other queue on the platform: an open complaint is a person waiting for an answer.
Say so on the same complaint rather than opening a new one — it keeps the history together. If you want to take it further, Indian consumer protection and advertising self-regulation bodies accept complaints about advertising published in India, and nothing here limits that right.
